Gold branch handles on a hilltop villa

THE CONCEPT

Perched above olive orchards with a distant city skyline, this villa layers classical references with bold contemporary gestures. Sculptural gold branch door handles on walnut veneer set the tone at every threshold.

A curved white staircase with wrought iron balusters spirals through the core, while the rooms radiate outward — from a navy-and-gold master bedroom with geometric wall molding to a blush crushed-velvet sitting room on herringbone walnut floors.

Signature Detail

Cast-gold branch door handles — organic, irregular, unmistakably handmade — are mounted on every walnut-veneer door in the villa. The same sculptural motif appears nowhere else, making the act of opening a door the most memorable moment in every room.
