Ruba Tannous — Luxury Interiors & Living is an interior design atelier based in Judeida-Makr, Israel, led by Ruba Makhoul Tannous.

You are welcome to browse the site, read our journal, view the portfolio, and send us enquiries through the contact form. You may link to the site from your own website or social media, as long as the link does not mislead or suggest an affiliation that does not exist.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the server it runs on, or any connected system.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, harvesters) to copy content in a way that goes beyond ordinary indexing by search engines and AI answer engines.
• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications, malware, or anything designed to disrupt operation.
• Misrepresent yourself, impersonate the atelier or its founders, or submit information that is not your own.

Everything you see on this site — photographs, project descriptions, text, layout, graphics, the logo, and the design of the site itself — is the property of Ruba Tannous Atelier or of the photographers and clients who licensed it to us for use here. It is protected by Israeli and international copyright law.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Download, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the site for any commercial purpose.
• Use project photography in your own marketing, social media, or editorial work.
• Use the atelier's name, logo, or visual identity to suggest an endorsement or partnership.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works from any of our content.

You may save or print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial reference. Press and editorial requests are welcome — please write to us first.

The projects shown on the site are completed interiors designed by the atelier. They are presented for illustrative purposes: every new project is composed in response to its client, site, and brief, and will not replicate past work.

Specific materials, finishes, suppliers, budgets, and timelines mentioned anywhere on the site describe the project as it was delivered at the time, and are not offers to any other visitor.

Sending us an enquiry through the contact form, by email, or by WhatsApp does not, on its own, create a client relationship or oblige the atelier to take on your project. An engagement begins only once we have agreed the terms in a written proposal or contract signed by both sides.

Anything you send us is handled under our Privacy Policy.

The site may link to third-party services we use or trust — Instagram, WhatsApp, Waze, Google Analytics, Vercel, and similar. When you follow a link, you leave our site and become subject to that third party's own terms and policies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content.

We aim to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the information on any page is current at a given moment. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the site without notice.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, suitability, reliability, or availability of the site or its content.

Nothing on the site is intended as professional advice about any specific project. Any decision you make in reliance on information here is made at your own discretion.

To the extent permitted by Israeli law, the atelier and its founders, employees, and collaborators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or intentional misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or connected to the use of the site or these terms will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Northern District of Israel, and both sides submit to their exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent review. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. If a change is material, we will signal it on the page for a reasonable period.
