Residential

Khayyal

A penthouse sculpted between sea and stone

THE CONCEPT

Khayyal is a residence that treats the Mediterranean horizon as its fifth wall. A galloping horse relief in white plaster commands the salon, backlit by vertical globe lights that cast the sculpture in perpetual motion.

Behind chevron walnut panels and travertine slabs, every room unfolds toward panoramic sea views — from the living room's floor-to-ceiling glass to the rooftop pool where white marble loungers hover above dark stone water.
