THE CONCEPT

A residence that operates at the voltage of a five-star hotel lobby — then softens into a home. A backlit onyx kitchen island on a fluted black-and-gold pedestal sets the tone: every material here is chosen for its ability to hold light.

A faceted bronze dining table sits beneath a glass-balustrade staircase clad in bookmatched marble and walnut veneer. From the double-height living room's pearl-globe chandeliers to the dressing room's sculptural gold branch sconces, nothing whispers — everything speaks with authority.
